i only speak the truth. as a former hell-experiencer myself, i think the biggest hurdle is training urself out of the belief that positive change is impossible. the 2nd is being patient with ur healing process and showing urself compassion when u aren’t operating to ur full potential. this part is still hard for me but since i got past hurdle number 1 things have been on the up & up
